Registration issues for users from countries with restricted internet access
2018-01-19At the moment, we have observed users connecting from countries with restricted internet access can't register on the journal site, getting an error stating "You must complete the validation check used to prevent spam submissions."
We are aware of the problem, which is due to the state firewalls, preventing connections to certain Google servers, where the CAPTCHA system is hosted.
